Error 0x80072efd with version 8.2.0.4792

i have a error: 0x80072efd in windows 7 if i try updating. The version Comodo Antivirus is 8.2.0.4792

Can you help me?

Can you post the log of the error screenshot would be best.

To access the log click on the link in bottom right corner of update screen

Please note the log button only appears when there is a error in updating.

I have success internet access

As you have a virus update from 17/18th January I presume it must be a short term problem which may occur sometimes.

Please post screenshot of View Logs/Tasks example below, you may have to extend period to last month, to do so click on icon/tab bottom center of screen and choose period required.
