Error: 0x80072efd - A connection with the server could not be established

Hi…
I had tried to update CIS used internet connection with Internet Service Provider, but it told me that
Task = Check for Signature Update → Status = error
Task = Check for website database updates → Status = error
Task = Check for program updates → Status = error
from the view logs it said "Error: 0x80072efd - A connection with the server could not be established
"

then I tried to update with internet connection with Internet Service Provider B, and the update proces run successfully.

My Question, did my Internet Service Provider A blocking me from getting update comodo?

Is the problem still happening? If so with which provider does the update work and with which provider doesn’t it work?
