Error 0x800706d9 in Windows Store & Windows update

Hi… I write here because I cant find a solution… since one week ago I detected I cant update store apps and Windows by windows update.

Error 0x800706d9 on acumulative update KB3116900, Flash player KB3119147, and Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool KB890830

I have Windows 10 Version 1511 and recently I updated CIS to version 8.2.0.4792

I tried to deactivate and desinstall CIS but didnt work. And if I try to activate Windows firewall (updates seems related to windows security system) after desinstall CIS I cant get it to work.

Any advice? Thanks in advance.
