Error: 0x80010105 - The server threw an exception.

Hello, I can’t update and get this error, also when I scan it stops after two seconds. Need help please

Are you trying to update the AV? What version of CIS are you running?

Internet security pro 2013, the error is from the moment I installed it

Please try reinstalling it by following the methods I recommend in this topic (without importing anything from an old configuration or changing any settings) and see if the problem continues. Doing so will eliminate a lot of possible issues.
