Hi, i’m trying to install CiS on a just formatted PC with Win 7 Pro x64 i have all the Windows Update.
I have not installed any Internet Explorer (error say something about IE) i use Chrome browser, and my in internet connection works 
When i try to run the installer i receive this error:
And i don’t know what to do

also i sent the file requested to e-mail.
Which link did you use, the online version or the offline version. I have always used the offline installers. If you used the online version, then see if the offline version will work.

Can you ping download.comodo.com? If yes what is the reply IP address? For me this is my results:

Try flushing your dns cache by running this from the command prompt: ipconfig /flushdns then try pinging again if first ping attempt fails. Also make sure in Internet Options from control panel your LAN settings have all check-boxes un-checked as seen in attached image.

It worked with the offline installed, so tecnically now i have it installed.
