Entire Domain being locked even though 'outgoing settings' are no set to autoloc

We have an IP as our username for authentication reasons. There are about 125 users under that IP. We have our outgoing settings set to this.

As you can see we have outgoing limits unchecked and I was told that “0” in the maximum number of recipients field make so that value is not enforced. Are we missing something here? Why would our user’s outgoing email get locked?

The last 2 days I’ve been having to constantly monitor the IP user and unlocking it… not fun at all.


If I understand correctly…you should change from ‘Block outgoing spam’ to '‘Automatic Lock’ but ensure that the ‘Enable Outgoing Limits’ checkbox is unchecked.
