If it is v3.0.18 that crashes:
In order to research issue crash dump together with clear description to reproduce issue are needed.
Please, send related cfp.zip file (if it was created during described crash) from c:\program files\comodo\firewall folder to cpfbugs[ at ]comodo.com.
If crash dump was created by dr watson, post it here (how to configure dr watson).
