Emule don't works

hi,sorry for my bad bad english.
I’ve a problem.
I installed comodo (no antivirus,because i use avira) on my pc (Win7 X64),but emule don’t work.
I’m in “proactive security”,and i’ve added rules for torrent,skype and emule (added in default profile):in the first time for launch Utorrent,appears popup and i choose “use as Torrent” ( in default profile),and torrent works very good, in fiirst time for launch skype, appears popup and i choose "use as skype ( in default profile),and skype works very good…but for first time of emule dont’appears any popup…and than emule dont’work.
Than i tryed another way:i addedd manually rule for emule in “applications rules” (choose application and use as emule),but emule continue no works.
I verified many times the rules,and many times i checked the ports on router and on emule setting…
Emule don’t work!!
If Cis is disadled,emule works fine.
Have you suggest for me?

Can you post the details of the rules you’re trying to use for Emule please.

My tcp port=18860
My udp port:21957.

default profile: eMule 
rule 1

action = allow
Protocol = TCP
direction = incoming
Description= Regola Protocollo TCP in Entrata
source address = any
destination address = any
source port = ports Set  => Range 1024 - 65535
destination port = single port => 18860


rule 2

action = allow
Protocol = UDP
direction = incoming
Description= Regola Protocollo UDP in Entrata
source address = any
destination address = any
source port = ports Set  => Range 1024 - 65535
destination port = single port => 21957



Rule 3

action = allow
protocol = TCP or UDP
direction = outcoming
Description= Regola Protocollo TCP o UDP in Uscita
source address = any
destination address = any
source port = set port => Range 1024 - 65535
destination port = Set Porte => Range 1024 - 65535



Rule 4

action = ask (activate the Record event in the Log)
Protocol = TCP
Direzction = outcoming
Description= Regola Aggiornamenti
souce address = any
destination address = any
source port = Seti Port => Range 1024 - 65535
destination port = single port => 80


Rule 5

Aaction = block (activate the Record event in the Log)
Protocol = IP
Direction = In/Out
Description= Blocca e registra tutte le richieste che non corrispondono
source address = any
destination adress = any

Thanks for the information. These appear correct for your Application rules, what do you have for your Global firewall rules?
