I’ve been evaluating Comodo’s firewall for several days and it certainly looks like a winner, especially after Zone Alarm’s recent “upgrade” to their free version.
One thing gives me a bit of a concern, though. The email of the subject line mentioned my user ID (no problem with that) and my password in plain text. Needless to say, I changed my password quite quickly. Perhaps I’m being a bit paranoid, but that seemed to me to be an odd thing to do, considering that Comodo is “Creating Trust Online”.
Clearly, this doesn’t have anything to do with the quality of the Comodo firewall. I look forward to using it and appreciate that you’ve done such a great job with it. (B)
