I opened my hotmail with fire fox and clicked the install button in the email received. Gave me an error “This personal certificate can’t be installed because you do not own the corresponding private key which was created when the certificate was requested”. I opened everything from firefox not sure why this error is happening. I went and opened IE 7 and worked no problems. Now is there any way to get it for my firefox instead cause i dont like IE. If there is can someone explain the steps to doing so. Thanks

Hi,

The problem might be with your certificate collection.

For this case, I would recommend you to revoke your current Email certificate and apply for new one.
