When I look at applications rules, I have 2 same rules for firefox :
- destination = all
- port = all
- protocol = TCP/UDP outgoing
- permission = accept.
Can someone explain me why ?

If you carefully look at the description at the bottom, are the parent programs the same (e.g. one has explorer.exe and another is some other program path)?
