As an example, I tried to change the sandbox setting from ‘limited resources’. I clicked on ‘limited resources’ and could see the outline of the drop-down menu, but it was blank. This is what happens on all drop-down menus I have tried.
Which operating system are you using?
Also, please try reinstalling by following the advice I give in this topic and let me know if it solves the issue or not.

I am using Windows 7 64 bit. I did a cold start (reboot) of my computer (Dell 660), re-installed after boot-up was complete. Same exact problem. I used ‘system restore’ to return to Comodo version 5. I did an uninstall of version 5 before I did the above reboot.
Did you run the removal tools I recommended after uninstalling V5 and before installing V6? Also, did you run them in Safe Mode, as suggested?
Please tell me where I can find the instructions for removal of V5 you mentioned. I’ll give it a try! I’ll use safe mode as you suggest.

Just completed the re-install of version 6.3 as per your instructions. Everything is now working fine! I’d like to extend to you my personal thanks for all them time you have spent (and are spending) helping Comodo users.
