This isn’t going to be easy to describe but here goes.
WinXP SP3 32bit CIS and AVG Installed
I currently have two SATA drives installed with partitions
SATA 1 C,D,E,F
SATA 2 K,L,M,N
My DVDS are
DVD1 G
DVD2 H
I have an Internal IDE Drive with Partitions
IDE I,J
I have an External USB Drive with Partitions
USB O,P,Q,R
When I first Installed Windows I had to re-map my two drive partitions "I:" and ":O" and the were the wrong way round.
The problem is when I run Comodo Antivirus using the My computer option it shows several Drives and Partitions as “I” followed by various numbers ie "I:3:\what ever file\ instead of say “R:\what ever file”
I have no Idea what Drive it’s scanning unless I recognise the file.
If I change a profile to point to a drive it works correctly unless It’s the External USB Drive then it’s "I:4","I:6" Ect.
I did make a previous post with some screen pics.
Sorry if this isn’t making sense.
UPDATE it appears drive letters only work to “K” after that drive letter L is shown as "I:0" and M is "I:1" can you guess what “N” is?
