Dragon Update from 12.1 to 12.2 doesn't work on Server 2003

Hi, I’ve installed Comodo Dragon 12.1 - 12.0.742.91 on Server 2003 and it works fine but when I try to do the update to 12.2 - 12.0.742.112 either through answering Yes to the update ot by downloading the latest version I get :-

Windows Cannot Access the Specified device, path or file. You may not have the necessary permissions to access the item.

I am logged on As Administrator.

Also please be aware that Server 2003 is not officially supported OS.

Oddly enough Google Chrome latest version installed fine on Server 2003 but Firefox 5 gave the same error as Dragon 12.2. I’m tempted just to copy the binaries across for now.
