dragon and silverlight and virtual kiosk?

What difference does comodo dragon and silverlight make to the virtual kiosk?
Starting the Virtual Kiosk, Kiosk Software, Antivirus Software|Internet Security v6.2 says it will not function at full power without them

silverlight gives the ipad look interface and dragon is comodos browser so they know it works in kiosk

and without dragon/silverlight it is of any use? Is it effective at all?

Yes, the sandbox is fully functional without sliverlight or dragon.
