Hi, welcome to the forum.
Do you mean automatic scan? I guess you can always do it manually by right-clicking on the specific file, and chose “Scan with Comodo AntiVirus” (or similar, I don’t have it installed right now).

Else I think you’ll have to to like LA wrote, scan the file manually.
