Why there is no 64bit version on download section for CIS free?

If the download is around 60MB, it contains both the 32 and 64 bit installers.

Hi all.
This page is where I think the confusion is starting, it appears to be 32/64bit combined going by its size but note the system requirements.

Edit: It has also been noted here so I hope they fix it soon.
