Double click with mouse wheel not working with enabled D+

Hello!

Following configuration:
WinXp Sp3 x86
CIS 5.3 (Proactive Security, Sandbox disabled)
Avast 6
Mouse: Razer Diamondback

When D+ is enabled the mouse wheel button is not working. It should perform a double click.
As soon as I disable D+ the button is working again.

All driver related executables are under trusted files
D+ shows no corresponding alerts.

What can be the reason?

Does any of the workarounds in App. is not working correctly, but does not seem to be s/boxed. What to do? [v5] bring a solution here?
