don't know what this log error means?

I can’t connect to CTC
keep getting this log
Options error: Unrecognized option or missing parameter(s) in TrustConnect.ovpn:1: <!DOCTYPE (2.1_rc4)
Use --help for more information.
any clues?

For some reason the openvpn became corrupted then I loaded trustconnect from website that gave me the wrong server login

strange because it seems like there is an Authentication error on the other IP.
Both are located at the UK in this case.

Hope they fix it next week before they go all royal wedding goggle eye ;D

Maybe the config file get’s corrupted, did you ran a check disk lately?

Can you please run one and after that go to add/remove software and chose ‘repair’ on trustconnect to see if that helps?

https://trustlogo.comodo.com/trustconnect/location?mode=0&login=your_TC_service_login (you should get the list of access servers)

http://downloads.comodo.com/trustconnect/ca.crt

Also, do you have a proxy in your network?

Uninstall the trustconnect program
did a ccleaner clean
then reloaded trustconnect
connect okay
ran the
https://trustlogo.comodo.com/trustconnect/location?mode=0&login=your_TC_service_login

notice in the log location city Ip is different???

Hi Chrisab

you need to replace your_TC_service_login with your TrustConnect UserID.

So it looks like this for example
