Does Sandbox work while Defense+ is training?

Will it still sandbox unknown programs even though defense+ is in training mode or will it allow all unknown’s to run?

yes, it will still sandbox them.

Please do not use training mode for long periods.

If you need to use it only use in for seconds, minutes not more than 3 minutes.
