Does removing CTM restore disk space used for restore points?

CTM stopped working so I uninstalled it (had to use CTM ClearMulOs.exe to get rid of it). I’m wondering whether the uninstall process freed up the disk space that CTM was holding for restore points. How can I tell?

As soon as CTM is uninstalled or disabled the disk space used for storing snapshots would be freed !
