Does removing a file From My Pending Files, Makes it safe ?

CIS 3.13

D+ in clean PC mode.

New files introduced to system lands in “My Pending File” list. I am using remove button to remove them from this list.

Does this makes file to be treated as safe, when D+ is in Clean PC mode …?

Because i do not want to be get alerted for these files as they are known to me as safe.

any suggestion from members.

I just remove safe files from “my pending files” and they are then treated safe. There may be some differences if the program is in safe list or has trusted vendor but in practice removing works.
