a) Ramdisk (I use Gavotte Ramdisk)
b) AMD X6 processor (because of the Turbo)
c) AHCI (or do I need to set IDE in BIOS which would reduce performance of my SSD)
d) with the 100MB partition which is created when installing Windows 7 (or do I need to remove it)

It worked for me. Although the 100Mb partition is not shown by CTM and seems not being protected by it.
