Does CIS interact with Windows TCPIP Filter Settings?

Over the last few months I have been intermittently losing network connection. DHCP, DNS, everything gets disabled.
I have discovered that when this happens the TCPIP Networking Properties>Advanced>Options>TCP/IP Filtering has been enabled, and the three “Permit Only” Buttons are checked, and the list boxes are empty, effectively blocking everything.
I simply Disable the filtering, and then everything works fine.
This has happened up to 3 times per day. Very annoying.

I was wondering if Comodo interacts with these setting under any circumstances, or perhaps you may be aware of any virus or malware which may do this.
