I removed the download link to this file as it is not sure if this is a legit application or not.

On first glance it certainly bears all the hallmarks of a rogue,however a check with URLVoid shows only 2 malicious ratings (MyWOT and Trend Micro).

Personally I’d err on the side of caution and steer clear prior to further investigation.

No one has said it was safe.

The download links for the application are on Dropbox (not working) and on Mediafire. That’s at least a bit odd to but say it diplomatically.
