I’m trying to take advantage of containment.
So I started two different applications, both as containers.
They both can create create new files and folders, modify and delete existing files. And all these changes are not visible for normal applications like Windows Explorer.
However these two applications in containers see changes made by each other.
Is this expected behavior? Is it configurable?
And another question. Is it possible to merge this virtualized space with original storage?
So far I’ve found and confirmed that this virtualised space can be dropped from the management console - “Reset the Container”.
But my initial question is still valid - can I make this virtual space unique and independent for each container?
No you can’t, although there is already a Wish List topic for this to be included in CIS
