DNS often stop working for 5-6 secs

Hi all,

I’m having a bug with comodo firewall, when it is enabled, everything works fine except sometime, when I’m surfing for example, from time to time, the dns resolution stop working for 5 or 6 secs, no site are resolving, I can open another browser (from firefox to chrome/ie), it’s the same too, and then it works back, but that’s pretty anoying, if I disable the firewall part, I don’t have this problem anymore.

My system:

OS: Windows 7 x64 ultimate
OpenVPN latest version (connected while it occurs, I don’t know if it would do that when I’m not, I always need to be connected on OpenVPN, since the occurance is pretty random, I cannot test without)
Wired High Speed network

Can you post a screenshot of the firewall logs? They can be found under Firewall → Common Tasks → View Firewall Events.

Can you see if there are any alerts for OpenVPN in the Defense + logs? THey can be found under Defense + → Common Tasks → View Defense + Events.
