dll file from facebook (Metro) app

Hello!
Today I reinstalled Comodo IS after a long time. I use Windows 8.1 64 bit. Among the apps that I have installed via Store, one of these is Facebook. After opening the app, logging in etc and returning to desktop I opened CIS logs etc to check if it’s all ok.
I noticed that CIS had submited a dll from the facebook metro app possibly when I used it. I didn’t get any notification or noticed any malfunction of the app but this action worried me a little as the dll was sandboxed (submitted as sandboxed).
Although, at the moment, while facebook app is running, it seems nothing’s running ion the sandbox (0 files)
Is is that possible for it to happen for other apps and problems to be caused to their functionality?
I 've set autosandbox to fully virtualized so an application to run on the real system or not at all (to avoid broken apps/system).
Check the atttached image too.
Thank you!!
