Disturbing message

I got this warning message saying

Suspicious behavior: Firefox.exe
Parent app: Exporer.exe
Detials: Nuendo3.exe (my main audio program) has loaded C:\System\System32\dinput.dll into the parent application Explorer.exe using a global hook which could be used by keyloggers to steal private info.

This happened when nuendo wasnt open. It popped up when i was using firefox.

dinput.dll seems to be harmless, yet ive had some problems with nuendo causing explorer to crash, though it may be unrelated.

should i be concerned? i dont get why firefox’s actions would cause a unopened program to modify explorer. What the hell is a global hook anyways?

This is one of the security functions of CF, that makes it a good firewall.
Unfortunately, there is a bug at the moment, that makes CF “remember” even closed programs, and thinks they want to connect to the web.
You should not be concerned. Hopefully they will come up with a solution for this.
