Disconnection

I keep getting disconnected from TrustConnect after just a few minutes. It gets even worse when I am connected via TrustConnect and then try accessing a remote pc via logmein. I get disconnected from TC within a few seconds. Any ideas?

Try to select another access server: right-mouseclick on TC tray icon → “Advanced options” → “I want to connect to server in:” and change the server that you are using.

I let TC choose the best server (Houston) - lost connection in about 10 minutes
I then manually selected Atlanta server - lost connection in 12 minutes
Tried again a couple hours later letting TC choose server - lost connection in 9 minutes
This is getting annoying - particularly since I pay for the service

It seems like network issue below the level of VPN. You should contact the support.
