Disabling "Trust apps signed by Trusted Vendors" won't affect "My safe Files"

OS: Windows XP SP3 32 latest patches.
CF 4.0.138377.779 Proactive config / “Trust applications digitally signed by Trusted Software Vendors” disabled

Information: Usually files digitally signed by trusted vendors cannot be added to “My safe files” but such measure is not necessary if “Trust applications digitally signed by Trusted Software Vendors” enabled (default option)

Description: It is NOT possible to manually add unrecognized files that are digitally signed by trusted vendors when digital signature safe-listing is disabled whereas such files won’t be automatically treated as safe.

Steps to reproduce:
Disable “Trust applications digitally signed by Trusted Software Vendors” (Defense+ Tasks > Advanced > Defense+ Settings > General Settings Tab)

Choose some recently released application that is not safelisted by hash but got a Digital signature from a Trusted vendor (eg latest Opera dev/beta MSI installer ) and try to add it to “My safe files” (Defense+ Tasks > Common Tasks > My Own Safe Files > Add…)

It won’t be possible to add such application until “Opera Software ASA” is manually removed from “My trusted Vendors” (Defense+ Tasks > Common Tasks ) despite D+ won’t treat such application as safe (whereas such app is not listed in Comodo own hash based safe-list as well)

Issue reproduced with CFP 4.0.141842.828 and latest Opera dev/ MSI installer:

Whenever an user disable “Trust applications digitally signed by Trusted Software Vendors” he is still denied the possibility to add unrecognized files to “My Safe Files” if such executable got signed by a Vendor available in “My trusted Vendor” list (the same use supposedly chose to disable).

The only workaround is manually remove all trusted vendors from “My trusted Vendor” list and leave “Trust applications digitally signed by Trusted Software Vendors” enabled
