Disabled Defense+Security Level

Hello: I just installed Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer and I may have accidentally clicked on something I should not have, because it ran ok the first time, but when I went to run it again this came up (Please see attachment)
I had to Disable the Defense+Security Level in order for this to scan again. How can I get Baseline to run again without Disabling Defense? Thanks

You might of accidentally clicked blocked. Go to Defense+\Advanced\Computer Security Policy and Remove the entry for that application.
