I want to just disable this product until bugs and issues are solved.
I do not want to uninstall!
went to configure section and played around but it still seems to be some how connected to my thundermall

You can remove all ports for listening to make it disabled temporary.
You should run Comodo SecureEmail configuration - > Protocols tab → remove all ports to listen from all protocols that you’re using.
