What differences, if any, are there between the installation options “Optimum Proactive Defense” and “Maximum Proactive Defense+”?
Maximum Proactive will enable everything (Image Execution, Keyboard/Monitor/Windows Messages/DNS-Client Service and explorer.exe in Computer Security Policy is Custom).
Optimize is the reverse, it will disable the above and explorer.exe will be set as “Windows System Application”. It’s not a security risk. Max Proactive is really for Advanced users. If your running another AV you can choose Optimum.
Cheers,
Josh
