There are already some discussions on the Internet, such as one has a portable version and another doesn’t have.
The difference between these are not really analyzed in the forums.
Is there a page where Comodo’s official support team answered this question previously somewhere else?

The small differences that originally appeared between the two, appear to be less evident with the more recent releases.
Some subtle differences with the GUI/Theme can be seen when comparing the two, apart from that they are nearly the same now as far as I can tell.
