Diagnostics can't fix errors automatically

I get the following message after running diagnostics:

“diagnostics have found some errors and could not fix them automatically”. A report is then created (not much use to me). What now to fix the errors?

Thanks for the reply but that’s the last thing I wanted to hear. A lot of hassle and I lose all my settings, rules etc. Isn’t it possible for me to upload the report to someone at Comodo to tell me what the problems are?

I know your concerns but you can save your configuration for next clean install :wink:

save the file on desktop, after clean install “import” it again. This is last solution maybe but quickest solution for you now :-\
