Diagnostic Problem [RESOLVED]

Hi

I was running a diagnostic on my Comodo Firewaal and that’s what it told me:

The diagnostics utility has found some problems with your installation.Would you like to fix them?
I clicked "Yes"
The diagnostics utility could not fix some of the problems.Would you like to create a diagnosis report?
I clicked "Yes" and here is the report, Can you help me please.

Sunbelt Personal Firewall 4.5.916.0

You must use Only One Firewall. UNINSTALL “Sunbelt Personal Firewall” and Turn Off WINDOWS FIREWALL.

Thanks Lewis. Yes madferrey you cannot run 2 firewalls. Please uninstall sunbelt COMPLETELY.

I’ve uninstalled Sunbelet before installing Comodo

I’ll check the registry, maybe it let some missing ones

Hi madferret99,

In addition to what Lewis said, periodically check that Windows Firewall is turned Off.
Problem is that during some MS Updates and/or when you go through some Network settings the ■■■■■■ can be switched On … but Comodo does not report that (:WIN)

That means, probably Comodo just ignoring win FW, which is not a firewall indeed :D…
but… seriously why would Sunbelt cause concerns and win FW would not?

(this report Shows that you Install CFP3 before Uninstalling Sunbelt)

Any ways (:LOV) ReInstall CFP3 if problem persists. (:WIN)

I just check and clean my registry from Sunbelt and it’s OK, there’s no problem to fix.
