Dell Data Protection - Trusted Drive Manager - is it FP or not?

Yesterday I’ve run a full scan on my laptop.
The CIS’s virus scanner found something in Program Files\Dell Data Protection\ … \Trusted Drive Manager\pbsignon.img.cab.
The found thing reported as “Malware@#z9ipOpl6qysp”. (the character “O” could be a zero… I’m not sure)

First of all I’ve checked it with MS Sec.Essentials, then scanned with Kaspersky Rescue Disk. They’ve found nothing. But I’m not sure… Is it a false positive? Really? When in CIS scanner I’ve clicked on “Ignore” and try to send as false, I got a message “Report as a False Alert is not an applicable method…”.

I don’t know what is this file, in the older backups I didn’t find it. Google doesn’t help. (Dell support… no comment :frowning: )
Could you help me please?

Please upload the file in question to VirusTotal and post a link to the results.

Here you are: VirusTotal

(and I hope, that “Here you are” really means what I think  )

There were only one hit: Comodo found an unknown malware.

Hi Zee Haa,

Thank you for reporting this.
We’ll check it and get back to you soon.

Hello Zee Haa,

This False Positive has been fixed. You can update to AV database Version 15641 of Comodo Internet Security Version 6.0.264710.2708 and confirm it.

Best regards,
FlorinG

Oh… Thank you!
(I love Comodo, because I never seen quicker and better support in the IT sector)
