Hi at all, another small problem: PowerManagerLite is a small software for the managment of UPS it don’t start at the startup of windows if defense of Comodo last version is activated. I have try with rules and with exclusion of the entire folder but without result. If I start the program manually I don’t receive any message or request from comodo.
Please could you help me?
Tnx
Can you check if the program is in Unrecognised Files and if it is there move it to Trusted Files?
When that is not the case add it to the Exclusions of Detect Shellcode Injections and see if that makes a difference.
When the above does not help could you please post a screenshot of the D+ logs?
Thanks a lot for your interest.
No files in Unrecognised Files.
Exclusions of Detect Shellcode Injections already done as entire folder of the program “richcomm”
D+ log: if D+ is activated the log is empty, if D+ is deactivated I have a message please see attached file.
Thanks and regards
Edit:
After seeing the log I have try to put in trusted files the runonce.exe without success
Re-Edit:
Any idea?

Try giving the runonce.exe process the Windows System Application or Installer/Updater policy. That way the other application can be started without asking the user…
I have try all possible rules without success.

Can you post a screenshot with HIPS enabled?
Sorry for my delay I was abroad.

Thank you for the screenshot.
I did not phrase my question properly. I meant to ask to post a screenshot of the D+ logs after you had enabled the HIPS. Sorry about that.
Sorry my mistake.
Three images: 1st is the request log
2nd and 3th are a bug that it is not related my problem it is another issue

For the problem with the Visual C++ runtime please update your Visual C++ versions installed on your computer. You can download them from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2019667 .
Please try adding the executable of PowerManagerLite to the Trusted Files. Does that make a difference?
Can you see if you have Block all unknown requests if the application is closed enabled? If enabled disable it and try again/
Done no success

Congratulations with solving it.
It’s a system file. In its description it says “Device driver software installation”. What is the influence of this file on your problem? How did you find it (it did not show up in de D+ logs)?
Ok I try to explain with my poor English.
Usually I log myself in Win 8.1 as superadmin to avoid message and difficulties when I install a program. At a certain point I have decided to try as normal Administrator at this point I have received the message from Comodo and in that moment I have see the light and all was clear. Probably at every PC system restart the device is reinstalled by means the software.

p.s.
sorry for the bug as show in my previous message do you suggest to post in in correct section?
