Defense+ not functioning correctly - multi-user environment

I’ve installed the latest version (3.10.102363.531) on my dual core Intel Xeon E5430 with 6Gb of RAM machine running Vista Business x64. Seems great so far, much cleaner layout functionally than most of the other products that I’ve looked at.

My problem is that while CIS loads and works fine for the first user (remote desktop - there’s no console on this machine as it’s purpose-built for remote access), any subsequent concurrent sessions have a CIS error icon in the system tray with the application reporting “The Defense+ is not functioning properly!”.

It doesn’t seem to be related to the type of user accounts used, only to the user’s session concurrency; works for the first login, but as long as he stays logged in it won’t work for any others.

I suspect it’s something to do with the first user’s instance of CIS locking a database or something, and that CIS doesn’t support multiple sessions, but I live to be proved wrong. :o)

I have had problems with fast user switching and two logins at the same time. It seems to be a general problem. I think someone else has also reported it.

Did you manage to get around it? Really keen to find a fix for this …
