Defense+ is not functioning properly

Hello,

I’ve installed the new CIS, the one with virtual kiosk. After I clicked restart the computer took 4 mins to restart, and after the system restarted, I’ve got blue screen error. I couldn’t fix it in safe mode, so I tried in Normal mode, this time the system started but CIS tells me that the Defense+ is not functioning properly.

OS: Win7
CIS options: All ticked, Enhanced mode enabled, Maximum Settings.

Please try reinstalling it by following the advice given in this post.

If you run into problems again please let me know and we’ll see where we can go from there. However, a reinstall, by following the advice in my topic, will likely be able to solve the problem.
