What program is trying is trying to access System in memory?

Web browser (Use IE Trident layout engine)
One of the browsers on the Browser Choice Screen, this is safe software.

What happens if you allow the browser access System in memory.

To test the memory access problem:

Select Defense+ -->Advanced → Computer Security Policy.
Scroll down to System, select Edit → Protection Settings.
Interprocess memory Access (Active Yes) select Modify → Add -->Now use Running Processes or Browse to point to the concerned file(s) .
Then just “Apply” to each window as you exit.
