Defense + does not work properly after startup

Once startup finishes, Comodo would warn me that Defense + is not properly working. I’ve made a few tests to see what’s causing it and reinstalled twice to make sure. It kept occurring even after the reinstallations. I noticed that it happens after startup.

CPU (32 bit)

Operating System information (XP SP3)

Actively-running security and utility applications (WinPatrol)

Specific symptoms of the bug (Comodo notifies me that there is something wrong.)
