Defense+ does not learn anything in clean pc mode

i recently reinstalled CIS but now find that even in clean pc mode it does not give me those messages on the bottome right side of my screen saying that it is learning the program. i have used revo uninstalled in advanced mode to uninstall it several times but nothing is different.

yeah. same thing. can i reset the settings to start again?

There’s option for showing those balloon messages, and it’s disabled by default. You can enable it by Right click CIS tray icon → Display Balloon messages
or
CIS main window → Miscellaneous → Settings → General → Show balloon messages

What if we turn that Display Balloon messages off ? :THNK

will it stop showing those alerts - that “Defense+ is learning”
