Does it happen when you enter Safe Mode and then Remove the Files (Make sure you click Ok/Apply) then Disable Defense+ Just Curious…
Kind Regards

WHY WE ASK YOU TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES
Bugs/issues can be impossible or very time consuming to fix if developers don’t have enough information to reproduce them. Since CIS is free, development time is limited. So if you want your issue fixed, please use the format below to describe it.
To avoid clutter, issues not described in the format below your post will not be moved to the ‘moderator verified’ issues topic. This means that the developers may not look at it.
Best wishes and many thanks in anticipation

I guess coz the Realtime AV has cloud so when you run a file may be they are checked by the AV cloud & if find whitelisted they appear in Trusted lists.

This is happening to me too with the 5.4 release. I have my settings on paranoid mode, and the trusted files list keeps filling up with programs. This never happened in 5.3; the trusted files list was always empty.

Egemen stated this does happen for a reason,
i found that this is natural and not a bug. comodo firewall uses the list in the defense+ trusted files when you set firewall to safe mode.thank you.

Thank you for confirming this is not a bug.
