In the Defence+ Events folder it is showing explorer.exe is being prevented from creating a process using verclsid.exe (Which is an MS operating system program and is listed as safe). This is happening 25- 30 times a day for the last two months. If both explorer.exe and verclsid.exe are considerd safe why is this happening?

You maybe should look in the explorer.exe rule in Defense+ if verclsid.exe isn’t by chance in the blocked section.
==> Defense+ > Computer Security > Defense+ rules > explorer.exe > right click > edit > customize > exclusions
