What exactly was the damage made by this batch file?

I think the op was referring that it was allow to run. I assume that the op might want it to be blocked rather than letting it run and access the disk. Just my 2 cents. It actually looks like it’s adding files to system32 drivers.

Can you reset the sandbox to make it go away?

I would have to agree; as there are “Access Denied” notifications while running the batch and it was sandbox’d. I think He just doesn’t want it to be ran.
