Date/time format of logs - ISO8601

Can you please change (or at least make it user defined) the date and time format of the logs. The mm/dd/yyyy US format is so illogical for us Europeans. I would love to be able to see dates (yyyy-mm-dd) and times (hh:mm:ss) in ISO 8601 format. It is a standard and it is unambiguous.

Or make the format adapt to the format set in Windows.
