D+ driver causes Windows Update 8020000D

Although the updates can be ckecked for and identified, 8020000D error appears 2 seconds into approving their download. The error code relates to the “destination being locked” which is obviously not the case since all my drives are accessible. This is a confirmed case of D+ suppression since it disappears with the uninstall of CFP, and may be related to my previous thread of CFP completly locking down the system. Another way to circumvent this is to stop both BITS and WU services and then restart them. This is not necessary once CFP is uninstalled as the update succeedes from the first try.
