I want to add a folder with some files to my own save files in Defense +
I use Add → Browse Files → I select my folder and check “include all files from subfolder” and drag&drop to the Selected Items window and hit Apply.
But the folder doesn’t appear in my list. In fact I tried other folders and non show up.
When I browse running processes and add them it works…whats the problem?
Did you move the directory across from right to left of the screen? And then press ‘Apply’
Sorry to ask but I once thought that I only needed to select the directory.
If still a problem, what is the directory you are trying to select?

Yep, I did Drag&Drop so it was visible on the right screen
Its a simlpe folder in the “My Documents” section. (Game savefile/profile folder)

Hm, just noticed something.
In this folder, there is no .exe file (some .ini and other file formats) Now I copied a random .exe into the folder and tried adding it again.
The .exe then appeared in “My Own Safe Files” but not the rest of the folder, even though I marked the whole folder and checked the “Include files from subfolders”

Edit, it seems from a quick test you can only add .exe and .dll files?

With Defense+ activated, the user is warned EVERY time an unknown application executable (.exe, .dll, .sys, .bat etc) attempts to run.
Well, sorry for that topic. I guess that says it all.
